Residential

Potential residents and their family first step is to contact Taikura Trust. Taikura Trust will make a time to visit the potential resident and their family to carry out a needs assessment. From that needs assessment, Taikura Trust will decide whether a residential service is appropriate. If so, then Taikura Trust may make a referral to Te Rori a Mua Trust.

The potential resident, their family, Taikura Trust may come to visit the premises of Te Rori a Mua Trust and some of the people at the Trust. The potential resident and their family decide if Te Rori a Mua Trust would be the best place.

Residents and their families will need to sign a contractual agreement with us.

A trial period of about three months will be required to ensure compatibility with the Trust and other residents.

Prospective residents are welcome to contact us for further information.
